- Messages & Chat: We collect and store the content of messages sent between clients and professionals within the App to facilitate communication and dispute resolution.
- Reviews & Ratings: Any reviews or ratings you submit about a professional are public within the App.

We may automatically collect device information when you access the App, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, and App usage data, to help us improve the user experience and diagnose technical issues.
